  My family orders from here quite often and it can be really hit or miss. My sister cannot eat some of the ingredients and requests them to be left off; however, for the third time in a row they have not removed the items from the order. The staff are always lovely and the food is fresh, but it’s really disappointing to consistently receive an incorrect order that you cannot eat.

  Rocked up at 7:50pm, door locked & closed sign on door. Notice on door said holiday hours 3 Jan 2024 open until 8pm! Oh well, off to Guzman, won’t be wasting time going back.

  Each and every time I order from here and I get the food (in store or DoorDash) want to kill myself. It’s my own fault at the end of the day, I should just learn my lesson, but it’s like a toxic relationship where you think things are going to change but they don’t. These moronic people without a doubt each and every time find a way to ruin my food, I mean they miss a crucial component, that without it, I don’t want to eat the food prepared. Whether it’s missing sauce or meat, it’s always something with these people. The few interactions I’ve had with them often makes me leave wondering if I did something wrong or looked at them funny, but I realised after a while that they are simply rude humans, and worse than that, don’t know how to prepare an order properly. The Yamanto store on the other hand…always had amazing food there.
  
  Oh and when you get your food, get home, get comfortable, pull out your food, realise it’s wrong (or wait for your DoorDash order and realise it’s wrong), don’t bother trying to call the store!! The number is disconnected. Till next time girls, :)

  The Burrito bowl is delicious and in great portions. I always get the small bowl and still have leftovers.
  The customer service is lovely and fast.
  I ordered via Uber eats for work, and the Heathwood team had put a cute message on the bag for us.

  Just walked out. The girl serving had zero personality, no manners - that's not my grief. My meal was made, and we get to payment and the store does not accept cash. Come on - provide me with a reason why not
